We are seeking a Lead Data Business Analyst to drive the analysis and modeling of business data, ensuring high-quality insights for strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams on data profiling, reporting, and migration projects. Join us to leverage your expertise and lead impactful data initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Perform data source profiling and assess data quality
  • Develop data models and design Power BI report models
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support the build and implementation of the Snowflake platform
  • Participate in data migration from on-premise systems to AWS Snowflake
  • Support testing and validation of data solutions
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs with data solutions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows
  • Monitor data quality and recommend improvements
  • Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and processes
  • Analyze business processes to identify data-related improvements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with data source profiling and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience in Power BI report modeling
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and AWS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Project leadership experience in data-related initiatives
  • Experience supporting data migration projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to have

  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices
