Regional Sales Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region across sectors like Banking , NBFC, Etc. Generate leads through market intelligence, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, Dealers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned region.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
3. Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Physically Security Product Like Safe, SDL, SRD, FDRC , Cabinet.
- Ability to explain technical offerings, drawings, specifications, and fabrication capabilities to customers.
- Stay updated on industry.
4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Track project pipelines, forecast sales, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market share.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams & Dealers
- Collaborate with estimation, production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback to senior management to support product development and pricing decisions.
6. Tendering & Negotiation ( Gem & Offline ) Tenders
- Participate in technical and commercial negotiations, bid submissions, and contract finalizations.
- Review tender documents, identify scope of work, and ensure timely submissions.
