  • The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for mentoring and training the recruitment team, maintaining dashboards, and providing hiring insights and reports to business stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, team management experience, and hands-on sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri
