Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong experience in engineering design hiring to support our fast-growing technical teams. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing niche engineering design and IT roles while partnering closely with project managers and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering design roles (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, CAD, CAE, PLM, and related domains).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, and specialized design forums.
- Screen candidates for technical proficiency, tool expertise and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with design leads and technical panels; manage feedback and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment metrics, and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with HR & Admin for onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and design communities for future talent sourcing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Engineering, or related).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT or engineering design recruitment.
- Strong understanding of design software tools and technical terminology.
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
