  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the zone, aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set challenging sales targets and monitor performance to ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, train, and manage the regional sales team, setting performance expectations and fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and stakeholders within the zone.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business and growth opportunities.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other departments to develop effective promotional activities and ensure product availability.
