  • Marketing plan to franchisee
  • Every month he/she has to make a plan of marketing to franchisee state and center wise with proposed outcomes
  • Sales campaign to franchisee at least once in month
  • Demonstration participation for franchisee partners
  • Corporate and college visit for franchisee
  • Business development of franchisee through head office CMU
  • Progress Report of franchisee
  • Monthly progress report of franchisee Partners
  • Review of franchisee monthly progress as per the target
  • Corporate calls for franchisee
  • One point communication as key account manager for franchisee
  • KEM shall be performing all the franchisee communication to and from head office.
  • Activity plan of schedule mail and WhatsApp communication
  • Work on centers Business target
  • Head office meeting attend ( general and review)
  • Monitoring day to day's activities of franchisee and report to head office
  • Communicate all the information of franchisee to head office Franchisee development
  • Visit on the lead of franchisee
  • Generate lead of franchisee ( Cold calling, reference and existing franchisee)
  • Complete franchisee development targets Technical
  • Technical development of franchisee
  • Increased the width of specialized course
  • Trained manpower of franchisee for multiple software
  • Training Quality of franchisee
