- Every center shall be visited with in the period of 20-30 days( mandatory )
- Technical development of franchisee

- Create new vertical of training
- Increased the width of specialized software training
- Increased the average fee per students
- Marketing plan to franchisee
- Every month he/she has to make a plan of marketing to franchisee state and center wise with proposed outcomes
- Sales campaign to franchisee at least once in month
- Demonstration participation for franchisee partners
- Corporate and college visit for franchisee
- Business development of franchisee through head office CMU
- Progress Report of franchisee
- Monthly progress report of franchisee Partners
- Review of franchisee monthly progress as per the target
- Corporate calls for franchisee
- One point communication as key account manager for franchisee
- KEM shall be performing all the franchisee communication to and from head office.
- Activity plan of schedule mail and WhatsApp communication
- Work on centers Business target
- Head office meeting attend ( general and review)
- Monitoring day to day's activities of franchisee and report to head office
- Communicate all the information of franchisee to head office Franchisee development
- Visit on the lead of franchisee
- Generate lead of franchisee ( Cold calling, reference and existing franchisee)
- Complete franchisee development targets Technical
- Technical development of franchisee
- Increased the width of specialized course
- Trained manpower of franchisee for multiple software
