Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients through extensive market research and networking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Track sales goals and report results to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requests and market trends.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Contribute to team meetings and collaborative projects.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition.
  • Experience in conducting sales training is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
