We're looking for a
Producer / Production Manager
to lead the execution of our brand's photo and video shoots. You will be the go-to person for bringing creative ideas to life — coordinating with photographers, studios, stylists, and production houses, while ensuring shoots are on-time, within budget, and deliver high-quality assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end production of campaign, content, and product shoots.
  • Identify and onboard photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other crew.
  • Source and book studios, locations, and equipment as needed.
  • Coordinate with production houses and external vendors for smooth execution.
  • Manage shoot calendars, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee on-ground operations during shoots — ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Ensure delivery of final assets to creative and marketing teams on schedule.
  • Negotiate costs and track production budgets to drive efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in production management, content creation, or shoot coordination (agency or brand side).
  • Strong network of photographers, stylists, and production partners is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
