We are looking for a
Creative Producer
who turns big ideas into powerful, high-quality video content. They balance
creative ambition
with
production discipline
, ensuring standout storytelling across platforms—from quick-turn social edits to marquee brand films.

What You'll Own

1. Ownership Across Video Content Types

  • Everyday Content:
    Manage the production of high-frequency formats like reels, BTS edits, influencer content, motion-led social assets, and platform-specific adaptations.
  • Special Campaign Assets:
    Lead end-to-end production of marquee deliverables—TVCs, DVCs, P2C (product-to-consumer) films, branded content, and narrative-led hero videos.

2. Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with
    brand services and strategy teams
    to understand campaign objectives, audiences, and tone.
  • Translate campaign direction into actionable production plans that preserve creative ambition while staying practical.

3. Creative Execution Partner

  • Collaborate with
    writers, directors, editors, and designers
    to shape and support ideas from script to screen.
  • Evaluate feasibility, budgets, and timelines early to guide creative decisions with clarity.

4. End-to-End Production Management

  • Own every step of production—budgeting, timeline planning, vendor coordination, casting, location scouting, shoot management, and post-production.
  • Manage third-party partners including production houses, crew, editors, animators, and VFX teams.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as the central coordinator across creative, strategy, brand services, and external partners.
  • Set up workflows, feedback loops, and review checkpoints to keep delivery smooth and on time.

6. Quality Control & Brand Fidelity

  • Ensure all outputs meet platform requirements, brand guidelines, and narrative clarity.
  • Review every asset for creative integrity, visual polish, and alignment with the brief.
