Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development.

• Proven expertise in Omnistudio, Apex, LWC, SOQL, BRE, and Salesforce integration patterns.

• Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Consultant).

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, microservices and middleware technologies

• Experience with Generative AI technologies including AgentForce and Data Cloud

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detailed JD:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications with a strong focus on the Vlocity OmniStudio framework.

• Build and manage OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Calculation Matrices, and FlexCards

• Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, Flows will be plus;

• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather and refine integration requirements

• Ensure scalable and maintainable integration artifacts and follow best practices in error handling, logging, and security

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth system interactions

Essential Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
