Conga Developer

Consultant
to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As a Conga Developer Consultant, you will design, configure, and implement Conga solutions (CLM, CPQ, Composer, Contracts) integrated with Salesforce. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that optimize contract lifecycle management and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using
    Conga CLM, CPQ, Composer, and related Conga modules
    .
  • Customize and extend Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and APIs to support Conga functionality.
  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Configure templates (Word, PDF, HTML) and automate document generation using Conga Composer.
  • Implement contract workflows, approval processes, and eSignature integrations.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Conga applications for performance and compliance.
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and best-practice guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of Salesforce development/administration experience.
  • 2+ years
    hands-on experience with
    Conga CLM/Composer/CPQ
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and SOQL.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management and sales operations workflows.
  • Ability to design scalable templates and automate complex document generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Salesforce
    Admin / Platform Developer I/II
    certification.
  • Conga certifications (e.g.,
    Conga CLM Specialist
    ,
    Conga Composer Specialist
    ).
  • Experience in
    Revenue Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or Health Cloud
    .
  • Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
