Job Title: External Consultant – ServiceNow Developer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer
(4–5+ years) to join as an external consultant. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, functional knowledge, and the ability to work independently while delivering innovative, efficient, and scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Customize and configure
    ITSM modules
    , including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
  • Develop and maintain
    advanced scripting
    , workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Build and manage
    reporting dashboards
    for tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Lead and execute
    integrations and web services
    to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
  • Provide technical and functional support across ServiceNow modules.
  • Contribute to projects in
    HRSD, Facility Management, and SPM
    (advantageous).
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, maintain documentation, and deliver high-quality code.
  • Demonstrate
    out-of-the-box thinking
    to propose automation and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    ITSM
    implementation and support.
  • Proficiency in
    advanced scripting
    (client scripts, business rules, UI policies, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    reporting dashboards, integrations, and web services
    .
  • Functional understanding of ServiceNow processes and modules.
  • Exposure to
    HRSD, Facility Management, and SPM
    is a plus.
  • Ability to work
    autonomously, independently, and proactively
    in problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with innovative, solution-oriented thinking.

    CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM)
  • Nice to have:
    Additional ServiceNow or IT-related certifications.
