Overview: The Product Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of the company's products. They are responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Product Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Define product requirements and prioritize feature development
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop Go-To-Market strategies
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute on the product roadmap
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products
  • Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in product management ( Consumer electronic products only )
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of user experience and design principles
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on execution
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in conducting market and competitive analysis
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
