* Monitor sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize product

performance.

  1. Creative Communication & In-Clinic Campaigns:

* Design creative communication strategies targeting healthcare professionals and

patients.

* Lead the development of in-clinic campaigns to enhance product visibility and

educate healthcare providers.

  1. Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence:

* Conduct regular competitor analysis using IMS data and other market intelligence

tools.

* Identify market opportunities and threats to maintain a competitive edge.

  1. Marketing Plan Development & Execution:

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute annual marketing plans.

* Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for marketing initiatives.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with sales, regulatory, medical, and other teams to drive product

success.

* Provide training and support to sales teams, ensuring strong product knowledge and

market insights.

  1. Budget & Resource Management:
