Job Title: Product Manager Pharma Marketing

Job Location : Vashi, Navi-mumbai

Total experience - 5+yrs

Relevant experience in product management -2-3yrs

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from planning to execution, including product positioning and pricing.
  • Design and implement innovative promotional campaigns for doctors and field teams.
  • Monitor brand performance through sales data, prescription trends, and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams Sales, Medical, Creative, Supply Chain for seamless execution.
  • Prepare scientific communication tools: visual aids, LBLs, digital content, detailing aids, and product training modules.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.
  • Plan and support CME programs, KOL engagements, conferences, and new product launches.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior leadership and participate in strategic decision-making.
  • Train and mentor Product Executives and collaborate with field teams for alignment and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.Sc/B. Pharm with MBA in Marketing (preferred)
  • 5- 8 years of experience in pharma marketing with at least 2- 3 years as a Product Manager
  • Exposure to managing brands in Gynae, Pedia
  • Proven track record of brand building and successful campaign execution
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
