Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize resources (labor, equipment, materials) to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain production documentation and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor progress and take corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support new product development by collaborating with R&D for process optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to management.
  • Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of melting, forming, polishing & finishing processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, documentation protocols, and traceability standards.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks and drive performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple production lines/projects simultaneously.
