Do
• Be the face of Thalasso – warmly welcome first-time clients, build rapport, and ensure they feel valu

ed.
• Manage scheduling of housekeepers and therapists to maintain smooth day-to-day operatio

ns.
• Uphold world-class cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring the spa is always guest-rea

dy.
• Deliver a luxury service journey that encourages repeat visits and client loyal

ty.
• Master the art of upselling spa services and packages while maintaining subtlety and elegan

ce.
• Monitor daily operations, handle client feedback, and ensure seamless coordination with the te

Who We're Looking

For
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or premium service indust

ry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English & Hin

di.
• Proven experience in team management and staff scheduli

ng.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and customer handli

ng.
• Ability to upsell services/packages without being pus

hy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day operatio

ns.
• Flexible to work on weekends/holidays as per spa operatio

ns.
• Graduate or diploma in Hospitality/Wellness Management preferr
