This is a creative + execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders to shape our brand voice. Expect strong ownership, exposure to growth strategy, and the chance to build a HealthTech brand from scratch in an industry poised for disruption.What You'll DoPlan, ideate, and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Design creatives on Canva, coordinate shoots for Reels/short-form videos, and draft captions, hooks, and scripts that resonate.Drive engagement by responding to comments/DMs, building relationships with followers, and shaping Early’s voice online.Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Share insights to optimize content and posting schedules.Work closely with other teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and features Execute high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, or viral experiments directly from the Founder’s Office.Who You Are4-8 years of experience in owning brand, pr, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, growth marketing (agency or startup experience preferred).Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts with measurable results.Strong Canva design skills and familiarity with basic editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar).Confident in writing scripts, captions, and hooks that convert views into engagement.Comfortable ideating, planning, and coordinating shoots (UGC, reels, team content).A natural storyteller who understands branding, tone, and positioning.Strong analytical mindsetPassionate about health, wellness, and building communities online.Why Join UsHealthTech + GLP-1 is exploding globally.
