Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a General Manager - Sales and Marketing. The General Manager will oversee and manage sales and marketing strategies, develop and maintain client relationships, lead market analysis efforts, and implement effective marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, maximizing profitability, identifying potential growth opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong expertise in Marketing Campaign Development, Digital Marketing, and Branding
  • Proven ability to conduct Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Forecasting
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the marine industry and related markets is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
