About the Company

Jetway Network Pvt Ltd is involved in fuel delivery services, industrial supply partnerships, and B2B operations across multiple regions. We are expanding our inside sales operations in Goa and looking for an experienced manager to lead our telecalling team.

Job Role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage our telecalling team. The role includes team supervision, training, improving lead conversions, and ensuring high-quality customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the telecalling/inside sales team
  • Train team members on sales scripts, product knowledge, and CRM usage
  • Monitor daily call performance, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Allocate leads and ensure accurate CRM/Google Sheets updates
  • Improve call quality and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with field sales and operations team for closures
  • Handle escalations and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly team targets for leads and conversions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of telecalling or telesales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of team lead or managerial experience
  • Strong communication in Hindi, Marathi & English (Konkani preferred)
  • Ability to manage a target-driven team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business workflows, and Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
