**Position Overview**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our Sales and Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to travel agents, wedding planners, and event companies to promote our hotel, showcase our current rates, and discuss special offers and packages.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make proactive outbound calls to travel agents, wedding planners, and event companies to introduce our hotel and its offerings.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's facilities, room categories, dining options, event spaces, and current rates.

**Customized Offers**: Tailor offers and packages to meet the specific needs of travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers. Highlight any ongoing promotions or discounts.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners. Nurture existing partnerships and establish new ones to increase bookings.

**Follow-up**: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly. Provide additional information, arrange site visits, and facilitate booking processes.

**Database Management**: Keep accurate records of all communication and maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and partners.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor rates, and market demands. Share insights with the Sales and Marketing team to make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
