Quick Com Business Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager – Quick Commerce to lead and grow our brand presence across leading quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce or quick commerce channels, driving revenue growth, building strong partnerships, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key quick commerce partners and aggregators.
- Drive visibility, assortment, and sales performance across platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BBNow, etc.
- Negotiate commercial terms, marketing tie-ups, and visibility opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless execution and availability.
- Monitor platform analytics, campaign performance, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, new launches, and assortment expansions.
- Track competition and consumer trends to optimize strategy and product positioning.
- Achieve monthly sales, margin, and growth targets.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce business development or key account management.
- Proven track record of managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar.
- Strong understanding of category management, online merchandising, and growth levers in the quick commerce ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
