Your Role
As a Senior Specialist at StayVista, you will drive in for enhancing customer loyalty and retention by leveraging data segmentation, executing targeted email campaigns, and driving engagement through WhatsApp marketing.
About You
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Clevertap, Mailchimp, Mo Engage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and creating customer engagement flows is a plus.
- Segment customers using behavioral and demographic data.
- Maintain customer profiles for personalized marketing.
- Use automation tools to optimize campaign delivery.
- Ensure consistent and on-brand messaging.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retention, CRM, or marketing automation role.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business and Marketing or a related field.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

- Prior experience in the hospitality, travel, or consumer tech space.
- Experience with the WhatsApp Business API and creating engagement flows.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.
