Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics solutions to support strategic HR and business decisions.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights across areas such as talent acquisition, retention, diversity & inclusion, performance, and engagement.

  • Develop models and reports to support workforce planning, turnover analysis, and organizational health.

  • Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards (using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and systems.

  • Automate routine HR reports and establish standard reporting frameworks.

  • Partner with HR business partners, senior leadership, and business units to understand analytical needs and deliver tailored insights.

  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and business stakeholders on interpreting analytics outputs and using dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related field.
