Role Overview:
The HR Analytics Manager will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. This role involves designing dashboards, conducting advanced analytics, and translating HR data into meaningful business recommendations for leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Data & Insights
- Manage end-to-end HR data analysis across talent acquisition, attrition, performance, and engagement metrics.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key workforce trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and succession management.
2. Reporting & Dashboarding
- Design and automate dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for real-time HR metrics.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in HR reporting and data governance.
- Manage HR scorecards and KPIs to track organizational health and performance.
3. HR Systems & Data Management
- Collaborate with HR Operations and IT teams to maintain HRIS data integrity (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Streamline data collection and reporting processes across global regions.
- Support digital HR initiatives and data integration across systems.
4. Strategic Analytics & Decision Support
- Conduct deep-dive analytics on employee engagement, compensation trends, and workforce demographics.
- Provide insights that influence HR strategies around hiring, retention, and capability building.
- Support leadership reviews, board presentations, and annual operating plans with HR analytics inputs.
5. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, local labor laws).
- Maintain secure and ethical handling of employee data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data modeling, storytelling, and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI / Tableau / SQL / Python / R (as relevant).
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR processes talent management, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- MBA / Master's in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 6–15 years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or People Insights.
- Experience in a GCC / global or matrixed organization preferred.
