**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinae with employees on task assignments and work status updates
  • Act as apoint of contact to facilitate communication between clients and employee
  • Assist managing employee benefits, attendance, and payroll inputs**

  • Support general administrative and operational activities

**Qualifications

  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • knowledge in creating and implementing HR Policies
  • Skills in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad**
