Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Recovery Team Leader, located in Bengaluru. The Loan Recovery Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the loan recovery process, coordinating with team members, developing strategies to improve recovery rates, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes monitoring the performance of the recovery team, evaluating accounts, conducting audits, and preparing reports. Managing communication with clients and stakeholders is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Vocal and loan recovery experience
  • Experience in Agencies or Field loan collection
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in Team handling
