Job Summary:

We are looking for a Collection Team Leader to manage and oversee a team of collection executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting collection targets, guiding team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the collection team to achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.
  • Monitor daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-ups on overdue accounts.
  • Review and analyze collection reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas.
  • Train and mentor team members on effective collection techniques and communication skills.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues or payment discrepancies.
  • Handle escalated customer cases with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant specialization preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in collections or recovery, with at least 2 year in a team leader role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
