About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Team Leader
to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of customer advisors across voice and chat operations. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining service quality, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer service advisors to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics across daily operations.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to drive improvement.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and implement effective workflow and training solutions.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure adherence to service standards.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Hindi

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    and reporting tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
