Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - CA at RJN & Associates, located in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and aligning tasks with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising and reviewing financial statements, conducting audits, overseeing tax filings, providing actionable financial insights to clients, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The Team Leader will also support team development, maintain client relationships, and contribute to continuous business process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and taxation
  • Proven ability in team management and leadership
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to accounting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • CA qualification or relevant equivalent certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing relationships
  • Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices is a plus
