Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Collection Officer based in Hyderabad. The Loan Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding loans, analyzing loan cases, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with borrowers. They will also handle financial records and maintain accurate documentation of collections activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Debt Collection and Finance Operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a competitive environment
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in finance, accounting, or related fields are a plus
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for collections management
