Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service commercial insurance accounts independently, ensuring timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related queries, claims coordination, and risk solutions.
  • Work closely with insurance carriers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to secure competitive terms and product solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify cross-selling / up-selling opportunities and support business growth through proactive client engagement.
  • Prepare proposals, RFQs, policy comparisons, and MIS reports accurately and within deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards in all servicing activities.
  • Assist with complex deals and large account placements as required by the leadership team.
  • Support claims assistance services by coordinating with insurers and ensuring timely settlement and communication to clients.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance or risk management industry is a plus
