Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and reach out to trainer candidates through calls and emails.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment tracker.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates about interview logistics, role details, and timelines.
  • Provide regular status updates to the HR/Talent Acquisition team on candidate progress.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and HR operations.
