Join Laneway Enterprises, a dynamic ecosystem of ventures across technology, media, and community. As an Operations Intern, you'll work directly with the founder to support daily business activities, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and eager to understand how startups operate and scale from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in day-to-day operational management across multiple business verticals.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and projects are executed efficiently.


• Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects.


• Help improve internal systems and processes for better productivity.


• Prepare reports, documents, and updates for the founder.


• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through to completion.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.


• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or project management apps.


• Students or freshers from business, management, or operations backgrounds preferred (not mandatory).
