Job Summary
The JSA Intern will be responsible for supporting candidates in their job search process by applying to a high volume of relevant job openings on their behalf. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily application targets. The intern will play a key role in enhancing the placement outcomes for candidates enrolled in Next Nation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply to 100–120 relevant job openings per day across various portals and platforms.
  • Shortlist suitable job postings based on candidate profiles and program requirements.
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily job applications and report progress to the team.
  • Coordinate with the placement team to ensure alignment on job categories, locations, and eligibility criteria.
  • Assist in updating candidate CVs or profiles when required for specific job postings.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly targets and follow standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree (any field).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with volume-based tasks.
  • Basic understanding of job portals and job application processes.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict daily targets.
