About the Role:

The Helios Retailing Team at Titan is looking for two dynamic and enthusiastic interns to support Sales and Operations activities. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to retail operations, business analytics, and stakeholder management in one of Indias leading lifestyle retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales & Operations team in day-to-day retail business activities.
  • Assist in sales performance tracking, reporting, and analysis using Excel and internal tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Operations) to ensure smooth execution of retail processes.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including store teams and business partners, for data collection and operational updates.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
  • Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives within retail operations.
  • Contribute to ongoing Helios projects related to sales optimization, customer experience, and business growth.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  • MBA background in Sales, Operations, Business Management, or Retail Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for handling internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
