Operations Intern – Sales & Lead Management

Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the team in tracking leads, managing communication channels, and maintaining operational records. You'll work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure all leads, emails, and tasks are monitored and executed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep a track of incoming leads, emails, and follow-ups.
- Update and maintain lead data and client details accurately in spreadsheets.
- Support the sales team with proposal generation, communication tracking, and report preparation.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timely client responses and smooth workflow execution.
- Help organize operational documents, reports, and lead summaries for weekly reviews.
- Assist in optimizing the process flow for lead handling and client outreach.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email management platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Interest in sales operations, business automation, and AI tools.
