Sales & Operations Intern

This is a full-time, on-site internship
based in
Bengaluru
.

The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales and operational activities across multiple business divisions (Print Labs, Pro Gifting, Eco Lane, and Last Link). The role involves:

  • Conducting
    telecalling
    for lead follow-ups, vendor coordination, and enquiry updates.
  • Performing
    data mining
    to identify new vendors, products, and customer segments.
  • Handling
    data entry
    and maintaining accuracy in CRM/Excel/AppSheet databases.
  • Supporting
    customer service
    by capturing requirements and updating stakeholders.
  • Coordinating internally between sales, design, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Assisting in
    quote preparation
    , enquiry tracking, and documentation.
  • Improving operational processes to ensure smoother sales workflows.
  • Helping streamline communication channels and ensuring proper follow-through on tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable talking to people, and capable of managing structured backend work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients, prospects, and vendors.
  • Collect required details for enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Research and compile data on products, pricing, and sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records across spreadsheets and internal tools.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Assist in tracking enquiry → quotation → conversion → delivery flow.
  • Generate simple daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, and operational activities.
  • Provide basic customer support and escalate issues as needed.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi for client interactions.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM, telecalling, and customer engagement.
  • Good organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools required.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams.
  • Prior exposure to data entry, telecalling, or sales support is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured environment.
