About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our project coordination activities. The intern will work closely with the Operations and Execution teams to ensure smooth project planning, on-ground tracking, timely escalations, and overall process efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating ongoing operational projects across different teams.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time completion.
  • Maintain daily/weekly project reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Execution, Tech, Customer Support) for project updates.
  • Handle on-ground escalations (if required) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the Operations Manager in workflow improvements and SOP creation.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and highlight deviations proactively.
  • Participate in field visits when required to understand project execution and status.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (Any stream).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
