Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate who can fluently speak and understand Bangla to support our expansion in Bangladesh. This role is perfect for someone passionate about gaming, creators, and digital communities, while also being detail-oriented and operationally strong.

You will work closely with the Country Head & Operation team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, retention, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support Bangladesh-oriented STAN creators — from onboarding to campaign execution.

Monitor and improve user retention metrics (D1, D3, D7, D15) for the Bangladesh market.

Oversee community operations, including user support, engagement activities, and creator–fan interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams (growth, product, support) to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.

Assist with translations and localization of in-app content, campaigns, and communications into Bangla.

Track, analyze, and report daily operational KPIs such as user growth, creator activity, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

Fluency in Bangla (spoken & written) — mandatory.

Professional proficiency in English.

Strong passion for gaming, esports, and the digital creator ecosystem.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics tools.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Prior internship or work experience in operations, community management, or creator marketing is a plus.
