We're Hiring: Sales & Operations Interns / Freshers (Team Lead Track)

We are looking for motivated
freshers and interns

who want to build real experience in
Sales, Operations, Webinar Management & Team Leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, learn practical business skills, and work directly in a performance-driven environment.

Role Overview

  • Internship / Fresher Position
  • Work From Home
  • Duration: 4–6 Weeks (Extendable based on performance)
  • Paid or Unpaid, depending on interview score & experience

What You Will Do

  • Engage with webinar leads and candidates
  • Lead and coordinate a small intern team
  • Follow scripts, execute follow-ups & track attendance
  • Support webinar operations and enrollment closure
  • Maintain reporting, discipline & communication workflows
  • Work towards weekly conversion & attendance targets

Training & scripts will be provided — no prior sales experience needed.
