We're Hiring: Sales & Operations Interns / Freshers (Team Lead Track)
We are looking for motivated
freshers and interns
who want to build real experience in
Sales, Operations, Webinar Management & Team Leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, learn practical business skills, and work directly in a performance-driven environment.
Role Overview
- Internship / Fresher Position
- Work From Home
- Duration: 4–6 Weeks (Extendable based on performance)
- Paid or Unpaid, depending on interview score & experience
Guaranteed Stipend for A & B Grade performers

What You Will Do
- Engage with webinar leads and candidates
- Lead and coordinate a small intern team
- Follow scripts, execute follow-ups & track attendance
- Support webinar operations and enrollment closure
- Maintain reporting, discipline & communication workflows
- Work towards weekly conversion & attendance targets
Training & scripts will be provided — no prior sales experience needed.
