Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic
Operations Intern
to support our operations and client success team. The intern will assist in coordinating daily tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and helping deliver a great experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and managing daily operational tasks.
  • Support the onboarding team in coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Escalate issues to the team for timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to achieving daily and weekly operational targets.

Desired Candidate's Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and English; regional language is a plus.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Final-year student in any discipline.
  • Fresher or prior internship experience in operations/sales support will be an advantage.
