Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales

Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial packaging sales

Education: Graduate

Locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Gujarat, Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in industrial packaging solutions.

The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and supporting business growth across

key regions.

Key Responsibilities

 Work closely with Purchase and User departments to finalize sales deals

 Build strong product knowledge across packaging machines and tools

 Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target industries

 Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability

 Grow business through new client acquisition and retention of existing clients

 Prepare quotations, schedule meetings, and demonstrate product capabilities

 Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship building

 Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Performance Expectations

 Meet or exceed product sales targets

 Support initiatives that enhance product profitability

 Drive product growth in assigned regions or client accounts

 Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Candidate Profile

 Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial packaging sales

 Experience with strapping machines/tools, tapping machines, wrapping machines, and

related consumables is a strong advantage

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Self-motivated and result-oriented

 Must own a two-wheeler and be open to frequent travel.
