About Us :

The Flag Company is the leading manufacturer of advertising and branding products, including barricade standees, fabric standees, pillow backdrops, country flags, table flags, feather flags, canopies, and custom-made promotional displays. We cater to global clients and aim to expand our presence on Alibaba and other B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Company's Alibaba storefront and other B2B platforms.
  • Generate new leads through Alibaba inquiries, keyword optimization, RFQs, and buyer interactions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, share product details, pricing, MOQ, and shipping information.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective negotiation and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with international buyers and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Upload new product listings, improve product descriptions, images, and SEO keywords for better visibility.
  • Track daily performance, prepare weekly sales reports, and share insights on high-performing products or markets.
  • Explore new B2B channels and opportunities to increase export sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Alibaba sales, B2B sales, export sales, or international business development.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Ability to handle international clients and negotiate deals confidently.
  • Familiarity with Alibaba Seller Tools, RFQ management, Chat tools, and dashboard analytics.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and logistics will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
