Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parent Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Parent Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong, positive relationships with parents, addressing their queries and concerns, and acting as a communication bridge between parents and the school. Key responsibilities include organizing parent engagement activities, providing regular updates on their child's progress, maintaining timely and professional communication, coordinating parent feedback sessions, and assisting with enrollment queries and admissions. The role also involves fostering trust, understanding, and collaboration with families to support children's holistic development.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Organizational and coordination skills for planning and executing parent engagement activities
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to address parent concerns with care and professionalism
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and experience in educational or childcare settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless parent-school partnership
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, and familiarity with maintaining records and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role or customer relationship management is an advantage.

  2. Communication – Act as the main contact for parent queries and concerns.

  3. Events – Plan and coordinate parent engagement activities.

  4. Feedback – Gather and address parent feedback effectively.

  5. Marketing Support – Collaborate on promotions and school visibility.

  6. Social Media – Manage updates and engagement on digital platforms.

  7. Crisis Handling – Communicate sensitive information professionally
