BeeTees Academy of Commerce is a leading educational institution committed to academic excellence and holistic student development. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Administration to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all administrative operations of the institute.

Oversee staff management, facilities, and general campus administration.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies, government regulations, and accreditation requirements.

Handle student admission-related administration, record-keeping, and documentation.

Coordinate with faculty, staff, and management to ensure smooth academic operations.

Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relations.

Ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance of the institution's infrastructure.

Support the management in planning, execution, and evaluation of institutional activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational institute.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

Preferred Candidate:

Male candidates with prior educational institute experience will be given preference.
