About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NBFC products such as personal loans, SME loans, vehicle loans, or gold loans, and a proven track record in sales, team management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through effective business development.
- Manage and lead a team of sales officers and operations staff.
- Develop strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.
- Oversee loan processing, documentation, disbursal, and collections. Monitor portfolio health and take proactive steps to reduce NPAs.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports and branch performance data.
- Ensure overall branch compliance, security, and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of retail lending, credit assessment, and collections.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve branch-level business targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and RBI norms.
