Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Team Management: Lead and supervise all branch activities, ensuring smooth delivery of software testing, digital marketing, and web development projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs, and provide customized IT solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles across services, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget adherence.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base and increase revenue across digital and tech domains.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, brand positioning, and service expansion within the local region.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables, especially in software testing and development, meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate between technical teams (developers, testers, marketers) and clients to align project goals with business outcomes.
