Key Responsibilities

  • Operations and Compliance:
  • Ensure efficient management of daily branch operations, including cash handling and security.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio, including managing recoveries from defaulters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all NBFC regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Manage branch operating costs effectively.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a productive and positive work environment.
  • Allocate resources and ensure adequate staff coverage to meet operational demands.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty.
  • Reporting and Strategy:
  • Analyze branch performance, financial reports, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies for the branch.
  • Communicate effectively with headquarters and other branches to share best practices and gain insights.
