**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **day-to-day branch operations** and documentation work.
- Support the sales team in **customer acquisition** for various loan products (personal loan, business loan, gold loan, etc.).
- Handle **customer inquiries** and provide accurate information about NBFC products and services.
- Maintain proper records and ensure **compliance with company policies**.
- Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase business.
- Learn and understand the basics of **loan processing, KYC verification, and customer service**.
- Report daily activities and progress to the Branch Manager or Team Lead.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn about NBFC operations and financial products.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and team player mentality.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any discipline**.
- MBA or PG Diploma (Finance/Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,239.11 per month
